Watch out for the Elastic FM Community Awards 2017-18
It’s time to nominate a local person to receive a special Community Award. For the last five years, Elastic FM has been recognising deserving people from within our local community.
Winners and nominees receive their awards at an enjoyable Awards Dinner. This year the dinner will be held on Friday 9th March 2018 at The Proact Stadium, Chesterfield. Please download our Awards Categories & Guidelines Document to ensure you are clear on the various awards and what qualifies someone for a nomination. You can download this document by clicking here.
Once you are clear on the criteria, you can use the online form below to make your nomination. This process only takes a minute or so.
- Nominations need to reach us by Friday February 16th, 2018
- Shortlisted nominees will receive one free ticket to the dinner
- Shortlisted nominees in the various community categories will each receive a free ticket to the awards dinner
There are also sponsorship opportunities: Awards can be sponsored for £150 per award – the sponsors will receive publicity before, during and after the awards event including information being broadcast on Elastic FM.
